After our trip to the Dominican, we were very anxious to get back to our Nixon! We picked him up in Utah and stayed with our friends the Panniers for a couple of days. We had fun shopping and hanging out! Deacon and Nixon were so cute, but it was a little hard to get a decent picture of the two of them!
We then went to Featherville for the Whittaker family reunion and stayed in a cabin there. We did lots of swimming, ranger riding, and hanging out. It was fun to get to see and catch up with cousins that we rarely get to see and Nixon loved being outside! 
I got to spend the evening with two of my good friends from high school, Ali and Andi. It was so fun to catch up with these girls and let our kids play!
We enjoyed hanging out with the Funks and everyone was there except for Sam and Zack. We enjoyed a wonderful night at the temple...
And of course boating! Nixon really liked riding on the tube!
There was LOTS of four wheel riding at Grandma’s house. The boys loved going for rides with Aunt Heidi!
Chase took Nixon out for a tractor ride with Uncle Cody. He loved being that close to the tractor, but was a little disappointed when he realized that the tractor actually goes pretty slow!
Chase and I took my brother Trey out golfing one afternoon at the Blue Lakes Country Club.
We ended our almost one month vacation away from home in Sun Valley, ID. My mom and I taught at a music camp again this year and my two brothers attended. We swam, rode bikes, and went to some outdoor concerts.

We had a great trip visiting family and friends but it sure was nice to get home and sleep in our own beds after a month of packing, unpacking, and dragging our two year old all over the country!
