He's here!!!!!!!! Nixon Alan Funk was born May 24, 2011 at 6:27 P.M. He weighed 7 lbs. 7 oz and was 20.5 inches long. I don't really have enough time to post about the experience so I am just posting pictures so all you who have been begging me to post them will be happy :) (I will post a more detailed explanation of the experience soon). We are so grateful he got here safe and sound despite a hard and long labor. All I can say is that when I look at him, I would do it again in a heartbeat. We feel so blessed to have him in our home and in our lives and feel like Heavenly Father has really been watching over us the last 3 weeks. For 9 months we have been worried about the timing of everything, the move, baby, starting school etc., and now that we have gone through it all, it couldn't have been timed any more perfectly. I have learned to COMPLETELY put my trust in the Lord, and I will from now on. We are so grateful for loving friends and family who have been so supportive of us through all of this. We love you all!!!
Could he be any sweeter? and by the way- how can you look so amazing after just having a baby. You are so beautiful! I love the picture of all his hair. He is so beautiful. I hope you are doing okay. I think about you everyday and just hope you're surviving. Tell Chase good luck with school and I'm so glad you're mom is there. Love you guys!
